I figured as much... I saw them in Wal Mart and instantly didn't like it just for the fact that it's endorsed by Bear Grylls. It looked like a cheap piece of steel with an ugly colored handle. Beyond asthetics, Bear just strikes me as the type of person that would endorse anything if it meant money
in his pocket. Has he ever tried them out for himself? There are cheaper, better quality machetes on the market. Cold Steel makes good high carbon machetes that start at around $16 USD on some sites.
